The Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of company facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient work environments. This role assists with maintenance coordination, vendor management, security oversight, lease administration, and safety compliance across multiple locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Coordinate facilities maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities to support safe and efficient operations.
- Assist with vendor management by preparing agreements, obtaining quotes, coordinating services, and maintaining vendor documentation.
- Coordinate facility service requests, waste management, and office start-up and close-out activities across multiple locations.
- Support security administration by monitoring systems, processing access requests, maintaining badge credentials, and assisting with security reporting.
- Assist with facility inspections, compliance audits, and corrective action tracking to help ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule required facility inspections, testing, and maintenance with internal teams and external service providers.
