We are seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our immigration law office.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and assist with general inquiries
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain client documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
- Enter and update information in our case-management system
- Assist attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not necessary
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things
- Proficient with email, document scanning, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a law firm or immigration office is a plus but not necessary
