Position Summary
The Purchasing Closing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the procurement closing process within a manufacturing environment. Managing procurement close processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation of purchasing transactions, and maintaining data integrity across ERP systems. This role supports financial closing, inventory tracking, and supplier documentation, including domestic and international procurement activities.
Responsibilities / Qualifications- Experience with ERP systems and data management
- Manage domestic and import/export documentation; understanding of customs procedures
- Ability to track inventory movements and manage purchase-related data aggregation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Strong understanding of data management and reporting
Ability to track and manage high-volume purchasing and inventory data
Salary80,
Preferred QualificationsBilingual in Korean and English
