Sr Analyst, Healthcare Operations Strategy

As a Senior Analyst, Operations Strategy at Oak Street Health®, you’ll support high‑priority cross‑functional projects focused on improving center and service operations.

• Complete analysis and build reports to derive insights on Oak Street’s operational performance, identify opportunities to improve results, and ensure progress toward annual performance targets.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to improve operational performance and proactively identify solutions for problems.
• Support implementation planning and roll‑out, assess impact on centers, care teams, and central operations (e.g., call center).
• Contribute to operational strategy development to minimize disruptions.
• Convey updates effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations to field leaders, care teams, and leadership.
• Track progress against key initiatives, milestones, and outcomes; surface risks and opportunities proactively.
• Act as a bridge between field support teams and centralized patient support functions to ensure alignment and smooth transitions.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare, population health, provider‑facing operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups across levels and functions.
• Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
• Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with practical, results‑oriented solutions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases, ROI, and financial analyses.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise insights and recommendations.

• Annual base salary range: $46,988.00 – $ (pay varies by experience, education, geography, and other factors).
