Description: Instructional Designer - AI Enablement. We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join the Global Learning team, with a strong focus on enabling enterprise AI transformation and other capability skill development. This role requires expertise with rapid authoring tools, video, media and design fluency and an ability to operate in a complex, fast-moving environment where requirements evolve daily and agility is critical.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver learning solutions that support enterprise AI transformation, for both general AI fluency and tool-specific capability (experience with MS Copilot and Cowork a strong plus).
- Partner closely with IT, Change Management, Communications, HR and business leaders to capture AI learning needs for both the enterprise and specific business teams and workflows.
- Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and adult learning principles to create learner-centric content that drives adoption and behavior change during system and process transformations
- Support communications, change and adoption efforts by reinforcing new ways of AI-enabled learning.
- Create scalable, just-in-time learning assets (job aids, simulations, walkthroughs, knowledge articles) to support AI adoption and performance in the flow of work.
- Establish, track, and analyze key learning metrics and learner feedback to evaluate adoption and drive continuous improvement
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development
- Exceptional fluency with AI tools, preferably to include the MS Copilot/Cowork suite
- Hands‑on experience designing and delivering enterprise learning for AI or other emerging technologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with leaders and knowledge experts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Rise, Articulate 360
- Microlearning, video/media and rapid‑authoring tools such as 7
Taps, Synthesia, or Vyond - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a creative and solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to manage change, ambiguity, and competing priorities effectively
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship - Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the role
- Experience in a similar corporate environment
- High business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into impactful learning solutions
- Familiarity with change management concepts and adoption strategies in technology transformations
- Experience working in agile or phased deployment environments
- Experience in facilitating learning content to broad audience to improve technology adoption
