Regional Director

Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and team coaching sessions to enhance advisor skills in communication, client acquisition, and retention
• Act as the primary stakeholder for the execution and adoption of GDWM and the GPS platform in the region of coverage
• Assist advisors in implementing effective prospecting and consultative revenue‑generating techniques
• Lead workshops on client relationship management, goal‑setting, and business development strategies that encourage behavioral change
• Track advisor progress against development plans and provide actionable feedback
• Partner with leadership to embed growth‑oriented behaviors into team practices and development programs
• Support delivery of our wealth management value proposition through digital capabilities in GPS and Private Passport
• Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and best‑practice guides

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or sales coaching
• Proven ability to influence and drive behavioral change within teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training or coaching roles within financial services preferred
