The Association for Individual Development (AID) seeks a Jan Aid Crew Leader to supervise a cleaning crew serving individuals with disabilities and supporting the program's mission in the Aurora community.
Schedule is M-F, 3pm-8pm, 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include transporting crew and clients to sites, training staff, and maintaining safety and documentation. Must have a valid Illinois driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
