- Act as business partner to internal and external partners on programs
- Market, recruit, and enroll participants in programs
- Work with school vendors, host information sessions, design and accept applications, and manage selection and acceptance processes
- Monitor program success and showcase results
- Maintain and measure colleague experience and achievement in programs
- Define measurement metrics and report program impacts on retention and promotion to executives
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with schools and colleagues regarding progress and academic success
- Evolve and expand Workforce Development programs with business segments and colleges to support business needs
- Manage budget allocations and ensure enrollment stays within budget
- Coordinate timely payments with colleges
- Administer programs, maintain positive school and colleague relationships, and resolve questions or exceptions according to project charters
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources
- 5+ years of career program management or commercial banking background
- Prior experience building structured development programs in alignment with business strategy
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a “roll-up the sleeves” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail; able to juggle a variety of projects and deliverables while also driving/supporting others toward shared outcomes
- Solid critical thinking skills - able to anticipate issues, adjust in the moment, and know when to raise hand for help
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders – from college student applicants to Executive-level Huntington leadership
- Management of budgets and building business proposals for program strategies
- Previous experience that included partnering with business segment and HR leaders
- Data acumen, with experience using data to inform and influence decision making
- Highly proficient in Office 365, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable in a matrixed organization and in dealing with ambiguity
