Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager in Madison, IL!
Pay rate is $40–$50/hour + Company Vehicle.
Responsibilities- Manage projects, schedules, and subcontractors
- Review drawings and proactively resolve issues
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Manage change orders, takeoffs, and pricing
- Assist with estimating and preconstruction
- Track progress, budgets, and project documentation
- Maintain client and vendor relationships
- 3–5 years of PM or similar experience
- Strong knowledge of construction and estimating principles
- Proficient with project management software (AutoCAD a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
