GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment company, partnered with a well‑established construction firm, is looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities- Conduct on‑site evaluations and measurements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using Edge software
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and pricing
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- Proficiency in Edge software (must)
Competitive salary: $90,000 to $120,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
