Position Responsibilities Of Estimator- Conduct on-site evaluations and measurements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using Edge software
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- Proficiency in Edge software is a must
In addition to a competitive salary of $90,000 to $120,000, the company offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
