Associate Director, Art Direction
Join our creative team to lead concept and design of high‑impact digital creative across social media and video, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and own the creative execution from kickoff to delivery.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑impact digital creative with a focus on visual storytelling and performance.
- Mentor and lead junior and mid‑level art directors and designers, providing constructive feedback.
- Support video and content production, including pre‑production planning, on‑set support, and post‑production collaboration.
- Partner across disciplines—copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, client teams—to align creative with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
- Problem‑solve ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and proactively generate solutions.
- Foster an inclusive, high‑energy culture by leading daily brainstorms and inspiration sessions.
- Own the creative execution end‑to‑end, strategize, mentor, and maintain accountability for final outputs.
- 5+ years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social‑first content, and video‑driven work.
- Previous experience at a social agency or in a high‑volume, high‑visibility account environment.
- On‑set and content production experience, working with directors, editors, and producers.
- Hands‑on experience with generative AI platforms (Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, Weavy, etc.) for creative production workflows.
- Deep understanding of paid media ecosystems, conversion design, and data‑backed creative strategies.
- Track record of multi‑channel social optimization and short‑form video content.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent aesthetic sense with knowledge of layout, typography, motion, branding, and social best practices.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates.

US Remote Range: $122,000—$160,000 USD per year.
