How You’ll Work

    : 21800 E 19th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019
  • Hours
    :
    Monday to Saturday with Thursday off. (11:30 am to 8:00 pm)
  • Compensation
    :
    This pay represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $17 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location
  • Benefits
    :

About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator I plays a key role in ensuring efficient and timely cargo deliveries by collaborating closely with customers and motor carriers to plan optimal routes and schedules. This position is responsible for resolving customer concerns, managing order adjustments, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with customers and motor carrier partners to track cargo and gather the necessary information for delivery
  • Route Planning and Optimization – Plan and optimize delivery routes using computerized dispatching systems to ensure efficiency and timeliness
  • Order Management – Handle order changes, such as rescheduling, cancellations, or modifications, and maintain clear communication and follow-up with customers
  • Liaison Support – Serve as the main point of contact between customers, clients, and motor carrier partners to ensure smooth communication
  • Partner Communication – Communicate clearly and effectively with motor carrier partners, following established guidelines to maintain coordination
  • Customer Issue Resolution – Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work Assignment Completion – Ensure all daily work assignments are completed on time and escalate issues when necessary to keep things moving smoothly
  • Internal Communication – Keep internal departments informed about issues or complaints, providing updates as needed to support team efforts
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) Management – Oversee the daily POD process, including collecting and auditing documents to ensure accuracy
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism Maintain confidentiality of company and client information while contributing to a positive and professional work environment
  • Accountability & Reliability – Maintain regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
