Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Beneficiary Service Representative to join our team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will communicate with beneficiaries within the United States, answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist with processing incoming beneficiary applications. You will work closely with Beneficiary Service Coordinators to ensure the highest level of support for those impacted by disaster. Come and use your gifts daily to advance the Gospel!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

- Maintain our personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
- Take inbound and/or outbound phone calls to serve homeowners affected by disaster.
- Investigate requests and document services requested based on candidate needs, eligibility, and other program criteria. Recommend potential recipients for consideration to the U.S. Rebuild Beneficiary Services team.
- Communicate and minister to homeowners, keeping them informed during the application process and assisting in their requests.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the ministry and support phone calls for other departments as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate technology skills.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Highly effective communication and writing skills.
- Ability to identify with and understand another person's perspective.
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain documents, records, files, and reports.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems.
- Skilled in managing one's own time.
- Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred but not required.
Job Location: Aurora, IL
Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year
