Job Description
Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc.,
to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. Help Resideo be the customer's top choice by delivering excellent customer care. Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs. Be part of the team that is solving complex problems for the customer.
- Customer invoicing and return order processing
- Provide all-encompassing administrative support for assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met
- Support order processing tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support payment deductions from customers with appropriate back-up information to receive a repay for open invoices
- 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or customer support role
- Proven interpersonal (verbal & written) communication skills in a professional setting
- Proficiency with SAP and/or other computer software programs
- An ability to learn quickly
- The ability to work with urgency while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment
- A commitment to discovering ways to improve service
