Global Repair Group is the leading provider of case management services to the airline industry when a passenger’s medical device is delayed, lost, or damaged, both throughout the United States and internationally.

A delayed flight. A damaged wheelchair. A trip that was supposed to be simple suddenly becomes overwhelming. In those moments, people aren’t thinking about processes or policies. They are thinking about how they will move, how they will get home, and how they will regain a sense of normalcy.

That’s why we are in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30–5:00. There is no substitute for real-time collaboration, hands‑on mentorship, and the kind of support that only happens face-to-face.

This role starts at a base salary of $45,000, with a planned increase to $50,000 within 4–6 months based on successful completion of training and performance milestones.

Employees are eligible for our Quarterly Bonus Program after 90 days, and we offer a Signing Bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
