Location:

Streator, IL (Onsite)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9AM – 6PM (No Weekends)

Pay: $15.50/hour + commission opportunities

What You’ll Do
  • Work directly with customers to find realistic repayment solutions.
  • Provide guidance, options, and support to help customers get back on track.
  • Deliver a positive, respectful, and solution‑focused experience.
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Prioritize bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants.

Qualifications
  • Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Background check required.
