- ניהול מסמכי מכירה משלב הצעת המחיר ועד להפקת החשבונית כולל: הקלדת הזמנות, טיפול בתעודות משלוח, החזרות, זיכויים וחשבוניות
- מתן מענה מקצועי ושוטף לאנשי המכירות וללקוחות החברה
- טיפול בהזמנות פתוחות ובקרה על אספקתן.
- תמיכה בגבייה ובקרה על פעילות עסקית (תנאי תשלום, רווחיות ועוד).
- עבודת משרד שוטפת, תיוקים, דיווחים ועוד.
- ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות
- ידע בסיסי בעבודה עם מחשב
- עברית ברמה גבוהה
- תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
- יכולת עבודה בצוות ובתנאי לחץ
