Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative Agency

Hupp Family Agencies is growing and looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced insurance agency team in Oswego.

We are looking for someone who already has customer service and insurance experience, communicates professionally, enjoys helping people, and can thrive in a high-energy office environment. This is not an entry-level role.

As part of our team, you will assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, coverage reviews, and overall account support while helping create an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with our sales and service teams in a positive, team-oriented office focused on growth, accountability, and excellent service.

• Bilingual Spanish/English (REQUIRED)
• Previous insurance agency experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking
• Professional phone presence and relationship building skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality
• Experience with customer management systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to work in office full time
