Custom Orders Representative

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.
• Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders to ensure it is production ready.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in customer service and effective communication while utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to ensure customer artwork meets production standards. Capable of managing customer inquiries and liaising with vendors to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
