• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and Spanish
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate pricing, lead times, inventory availability, and order updates
• Maintain customer records and update information in company systems
• Assist the sales team with customer support and order-related requests

• 3–5 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
