Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish and English-speaking policyholders, providing clear, compassionate guidance on their coverage.

Review existing policies and explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and claim reporting with meticulous attention to detail.

Identify gaps in coverage during client interactions and offer thoughtful recommendations to ensure our families are properly protected.

Maintain accurate client records in our database to ensure seamless service for every person who walks through our doors.

Participate in team meetings to share feedback, solve challenges, and celebrate our collective success in serving the Aurora community.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.

At least two years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within an insurance setting.

Deep familiarity with Allstate systems and procedures.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanor.
