Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
Experience implementing or improving customer support processes AI/automation experience
Experience supporting a global customer base Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills
You should be proficient in:
Customer Service Measuring and Quoting Business-to-Business (B2B)
