Description
To provide general dental services for VNA Health Center Patients
Primary Functions- Provide a high standard of dental care encompassing preventive, operative, periodontal, oral surgery and other dental treatments as needed, according to the VNA Health Center Dental Scope of Practice.
- To remain current in clinical expertise through utilization of continuing education.
- To meet dental program productivity standards and goals as outlined by 330 Grant guidelines.
- To exhibit professional behavior and leadership qualities in presence of patients and other dental staff.
- Participates in quality improvement/assurance activities.
- Familiarizes and complies with all VNA policies and procedures.
- DDS or DMD degree from an American Dental Association dental school or foreign equivalent.
- Must be eligible for dental licensure in the State of Illinois.
