Dental Dreams is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our Aurora, Illinois clinic for a full-time opportunity beginning in Fall 2026.

We are looking for a dentist with a few years of clinical experience who is ready to join a busy, established practice and provide high-quality care to our patients.

Dental Dreams is owned and operated by our original founding dentist. We have been in practice for over 20 years, making decisions based upon what is best for our patients from a dentist’s perspective.

We invest in hiring great dentists and provide them with modern, top-quality dental facilities, strong clinical support, and the resources needed to succeed.

Our dentists treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases in a busy clinical environment. Experienced clinicians are available for mentorship and support while still providing our doctors with complete clinical autonomy.

At Dental Dreams, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality dentistry to the communities we serve, with a particular focus on expanding access to care for underserved patients.

• Monday - Friday
• At least 1 Saturday per month

• Permanent Daily Minimum Guarantee
• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Average full-time compensation: $290,000-$350,000+
