** The Job You Will Perform:*
* + Display Engineering & Prototyping:
Develop structural designs for a variety of merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturing feasibility.

+ Manufacturing Preparation:
Preparing detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and cost-effectiveness.

+ Cost Optimization & Process Expertise:
Design with an emphasis on cost efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards.

+

Collaboration:

Work closely with Design team members and individuals across departments to drive solutions.

+ Manage Design Projects:
Oversee multiple projects from initial concept through completion, effectively managing timelines.

+ Industry & Retail Knowledge:
Proficient understanding of industry trends, retailer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and practical solutions.

** The Skills You Will Bring:*
* + BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ years industry experience preferred

+ Must have experience in point-of-purchase display and packaging design.

+ Advanced level proficiency of Artios

CAD and display manufacturing.

+ Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and Interpersonal skills.

+ Independent thinking and action required.

+ Graphic design experience a plus.
