• Display Engineering & Prototyping:
  Develop structural designs for a variety of merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Manufacturing Preparation:
  Prepare detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
• Cost Optimization & Process Expertise:
  Design with an emphasis on cost efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Design team members and individuals across departments to drive solutions.
• Manage Design Projects:
  Oversee multiple projects from initial concept through completion, effectively managing timelines.
• Industry & Retail Knowledge:
  Proficient understanding of industry trends, retailer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and practical solutions.

• BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years industry experience preferred.
• Must have experience in point-of-purchase display and packaging design.
• Advanced level proficiency of ArtiosCAD and display manufacturing.
• Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent thinking and action required.
• Graphic design experience a plus.
