Breast Imaging Private Practice, Financial Parity

About the Role

Cape Radiology Group (“CRG”) is seeking a fellowship-trained breast imager to lead our busy women's imaging center at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY, and who can also supplement our current core of Breast Imagers. The breast imagers provide leadership and support to multiple centers and the overall program on behalf of CRG. The breast imaging positions will encompass 100% breast imaging in an outpatient setting.

CRG breast imagers work Monday through Friday and do not work weekends or participate in the general call schedule. CRG breast imagers read high volumes and average $900,000+ on the compensation model. A full range of breast imaging skills and procedures is required. Breast imagers also have the option to read general imaging for additional compensation.
This is a partnership position, not employed.

• CRG shareholder radiologists work on a flexible and fair compensation model based on a combination of shifts and productivity

• Experienced Radiologists start immediately on the compensation model with immediate financial parity
