Family Medicine, Primary Care Physician

Rush Copley Convenient Care – South Eola clinic, Aurora, IL.

• 100% outpatient Primary Care; no inpatient responsibilities
• Desired schedule: 36 patient‑facing hours per week, including one evening shift until 7pm and one Saturday morning per month.
• Call responsibility: join a call group of Rush Copley Medical Center PCPs for after‑hours and weekend coverage (1:6).

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Participate in after‑hours call rotation to ensure continuity of care for patients.

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board‑eligible or certified in Family Medicine.
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $265,000 – $345,000.
