A non-profit 25-bed independent community hospital in an award-winning Northwestern Illinois community (just outside Dubuque, IA) is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of five primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers due to an upcoming retirement.

• 4-day workweek; 8-hour shifts
• Average volume of 15 per patients day allows time for comprehensive care
