Aurora University is searching for qualified instructors as part of its adjunct faculty pool to teach in the Sociology program.
Essential Job Functions:Teaching Responsibilities
We are seeking adjunct faculty to teach courses in sociology and anthropology across the curriculum, however, there is a particular need for instructors qualified and ready to teach:
- Introduction to Society
- Cultural Anthropology
- Issues in the Study of Gender and Sexuality
- Globalization and Social Change
- The Politics of Intimate Relations
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in sociology, anthropology, or a related field is required and a terminal degree is preferred.
PayThe anticipated pay rate for this position is $1,100 per credit hour. This compensation is subject to change at the sole discretion of the university, based on institutional needs.
