Responsibilities- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges, fostering an environment conducive to their well‑being and academic success.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' unique needs, develop targeted intervention plans, and monitor progress over time.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and fellow educational professionals to devise and implement effective strategies that promote students' overall welfare and educational attainment.
- Organize and facilitate group sessions, workshops, and presentations covering a range of topics, including bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness, to foster a supportive and inclusive school community.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records of student interactions, progress notes, and case documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (School-Based preferred)
- Educational Endorsement through the Department of Education (DOE)
