What we're seeking:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or instructional aide, especially within school environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow teacher and supervisor instructions to assist students effectively
• Familiarity with direct and indirect student support, such as implementing classroom accommodations or assisting with behavioral interventions
• Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced or changing scenarios
• Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Travel therapists are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for stipends

What you'll do:

• Provide direct and indirect assistance to students, ensuring individualized support
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans
• Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom setting
• Support students' academic and behavioral needs per established strategies
• Follow only the contracted hours, with no additional district tasks (such as bus duty or parent pick-up)
