- Experience working with high school students in an educational, extracurricular or leadership setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, staff and community partners
- Knowledge of Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and student achievement standards
- Ability to maintain accurate records related to membership, eligibility dues and recognition programs
- Strong attention to detail when coordinating events, deadlines, and student requirements
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support student leadership development
- Willingness to attend/plan meetings, induction ceremonies and student events outside the regular school day
- Ability to collaborate with counselors, administrators, CTE staff and the activities office
