Additional Skills Required- Ability to intervene and provide support based on student needs
- Knowledge of child development and behavior for young learners
- Ability to plan and deliver instruction in a multi-age early childhood classroom
- Ability to lift small children and help with toileting and diapering
- Ability to work on a collaborative team
- Effective classroom management skills
- Bilingual Spanish
- Some experience with and knowledge of IEPs
- Team collaboration
- Data collection
- Supporting students with disabilities
