Bring your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to a dynamic contract opportunity supporting cooperative programming for students in early childhood through 8th grade. This full-time position, spanning the  academic year, offers the chance to work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications:
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience with school-based behavioral services or cooperative programming
  • Ability to support a diverse caseload including Early Childhood and K-8 students
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of best practices in assessment, data collection, and intervention planning
What You'll Do:
  • Assess, develop, and implement behavioral intervention plans for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency of strategies
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and data collection
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines and regulations
