PositionEducator: $17-20 per hour (dependent on education and experience)
Location:
Oak Park, IL
Hours:
Monday‑Friday 3:00‑6:00 PM;
Wednesdays 2:30 PM start (hours may vary per individual school).
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
- Deliver a dynamic daily curriculum that engages children in academic and social character building, expanding school day learning.
- Apply coursework training and in‑person training to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, maintain safety and well‑being, support homework completion, lead fitness activities, and guide children at play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.
