POSITION

French as a Second Language (FSL) Teacher – FTE: 1.0 (90% St. David CES / 10% Fr John Kelly CES)

Effective immediately – open ended.

Daily Rate for Unqualified- $280.41;
Daily Rate for Qualified Teachers (dependent upon placement on the salary grid) - $289.19 - $619.73*

Rates are per full-day worked.

• FSL – Part 1 and/or other French qualifications as recorded on Ontario College of Teachers Certificate (OCT)
• High degree of oral and written proficiency in the French language
• Primary and/or Junior and/or Intermediate Division Qualifications

• Experience teaching in the Primary and/or Junior and/or Intermediate Division
• Trained in the Accelerated Integrated Method (AIM/Gestures)
• FSL – Part 2 or Specialist qualification
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
