PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR LICENSE WITH ELEMENTARY ENDORSEMENT AND ESL ENDORSEMENT REQUIRED

Demonstrates ability to build strong, positive relationships with young learners and create a safe, inclusive classroom environment;
Knowledge of primary literacy and numeracy development and ability to design instruction aligned to learning progressions;
Ability to implement district‑adopted curriculum with fidelity while responding to student needs;
Skill in monitoring student progress using multiple data sources and adjusting instruction accordingly;
Ability to collaborate effectively with grade‑level teams, specialists, and families to support student success

Experience working with a diverse student population, including multilingual learners and students with varying academic and social‑emotional needs;
Knowledge of foundational reading practices and early math conceptual development;
Experience with or understanding of MTSS frameworks, small group instruction, and targeted intervention;
Strong classroom management and behavior support strategies
