The specialist will own the full lifecycle of operational training content, from needs analysis to design, development, review, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full training content lifecycle for assigned brand(s) and domain(s): needs analysis, content design, module development, review coordination, version control, and update cadence.
  • Convert existing Google Slides and Docs into 360

Learning‑compatible eLearning modules, self‑led courses, and trainer‑led facilitation kits.
  • Build new training content from SOPs, reference guides, and process documentation, translating technical operations into learner‑centered experiences for Tier 1 DC associates.
  • Develop materials across multiple modalities: async eLearning, ILT/VILT facilitation kits, job aids, visual SOPs, equipment playbooks, and quick‑reference floor aids.
  • Ensure content is fit for a diverse, multilingual workforce; bilingual English/Spanish scripting and layout is a current priority.
  • Apply AI tools for content generation, video scripting, and media production, maintaining fluency with the team’s AI stack.
  • Develop working knowledge of assigned brand’s operational environment and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Support rapid training updates for process changes, new equipment, or updated SOPs in a high‑change environment.
  • Maintain brand‑specific content libraries, version histories, and document numbering in line with governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate content review and approval workflows with operational stakeholders before release.
  • Collaborate with the LMS team on SCORM packaging, metadata standards, upload readiness, and update requests.
  • Contribute to the migration of legacy Google‑platform content to 360

Learning, tracking status in the migration tracker.
  • Additional duties may include building content gap backlogs, owning allergen‑critical content, developing training for commercial kitchens, warehouse processes, or multimedia production.
  • Participate in AI‑tool research and adoption, helping establish team‑wide workflows.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or training content creation in a corporate, manufacturing, or food production environment.
  • Ability to translate complex operational or technical processes into clear, engaging learner‑centered content.
  • Experience producing training content in at least one modern format (Articulate, 360

Learning, video training, visual SOPs, or job aids).
  • Strong project management skills: manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and communicate when priorities shift.
  • Excellent written communication skills, writing for both Tier 1 associates and senior operations managers.
  • Comfort functioning in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment where processes evolve rapidly.
  • Capability to build effective relationships with operational SMEs who are not L&D professionals.
Preferred
  • Direct experience in food manufacturing, meal kit production, ready‑to‑eat/commercial kitchen operations, or DC distribution.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, FSMA, GMP, allergen handling, or RTE.
  • Fluency with a WMS such as High Jump or Manhattan Associates.
  • Background in culinary or commercial kitchen production.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
  • Multimedia production skills: video editing, screen capture, graphic design.
  • Experience with AI‑assisted content creation tools and 360

    Learning or comparable LMS platforms.
