Make a significant impact on student well-being by providing school psychology services to K-12 learners for the academic year. This contract opportunity offers a 37.5-hour work week supporting students across two sites near Aurora, IL. Your expertise will guide interventions, evaluations, and the creation of supportive educational environments for students with diverse needs.
Qualifications andPreferred Experience:
- Current IL Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychology endorsement (K-12)
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Experience working as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills for varied student populations
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English highly valued, especially for itinerant travel between locations, but not mandatory
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective support plans
- Provide direct intervention services, including counseling and crisis response
- Support positive behavioral and academic outcomes through tiered, evidence-based practices
- Travel between multiple school sites, particularly for the itinerant role (valid driver’s license required)
- Maintain clear documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
- Consistent school-year schedule from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.92 to $64.92.
