- Manage assigned customer projects from order entry through delivery and closeout, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are achieved.
- Review engineering drawings and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability prior to release to production.
- Review and validate bills of materials (BOMs) to confirm correctness, structure, and alignment with project requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, supporting clarifications, revisions, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to maintain project flow and remove bottlenecks.
- Track project milestones and proactively identify risks that could impact cost, schedule, or quality.
- Manage engineering changes and customer revisions, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Support production by clarifying technical requirements and resolving drawing or BOM discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation in accordance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure delivered products meet company and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, documentation accuracy, and handoff processes

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing technical or manufacturing-related projects in a production environment.
- Experience in Solid Works and/or Onshape
- Demonstrated ability to review engineering drawings and bills of materials for accuracy and manufacturability.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience supporting customers in a technical or project coordination capacity.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows preferred.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and engineering documentation systems preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Formal engineering degree preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
