Manager, Materials Quality Engineering

* The role:

** We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking
** Manager of Materials Quality Engineering (MQE)
** to lead the development of robust quality programs that embed a prevention‑focused culture across our raw material ecosystem. This role is central to shaping the systems, standards, and methodologies that ensure consistent, predictable material performance for our advanced CMP product portfolio. By driving structured quality frameworks and inspiring a proactive mindset, this leader will help elevate quality maturity across the Materials Solutions Division.

7+ years industry experience; 3+ years people leadership required.

Experience managing employees remotely preferred.

Proficiency with Minitab, JMP, SAS, Power BI, Microsoft Office.
