DescriptionWe’re a fast‑growing Midwest engineering environmental firm looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join our team. We want a proactive communicator who can take charge and lead our growing structural engineering team.

What you’ll do- Provide bridge inspection and design services.
- Actively lead, develop, and grow the structural engineering team.
- Be familiar with structural components.
- Work cross functionally with the Transportation team on projects.
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 7–11 years of experience designing steel and concrete structures. Must be a licensed structural engineer in Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin, or the ability to secure these licenses.
- Know construction methods, materials, and code requirements.
- Know how to develop design and construction plans.
- Use structural engineering software.
- Speak and write well.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Be a team player.
