Process Engineer Intern

As a Process Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for executing day‑to‑day engineering tasks provided by management for existing manufacturing processes and methods. The role includes recommending equipment, developing jigs, fixtures, and tools to aid in assembly and warehousing operations, and contributing to overall team effort.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and correct process problems as they are identified by internal and external customers
- Execute the engineering tasks identified by management
- Potentially develop and implement improvements to the existing manufacturing processes and methods
- Potentially develop and implement quality improvements in manufacturing
- Develop jigs, fixtures, and tools to aid in the assembly of hearing aids
- Develop and implement process work instructions as instructed by management
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other duties as necessary or as requested by management
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of college studies
- Understanding of manufacturing process flow
- Basic drafting skills
- Able to work in a team environment
A minimum of 200

This role’s pay range is between: $20 - $25 hourly.
