Reliability Engineer: CMMS, RCA & Industrial Assets

The ideal candidate will have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and reliability strategies, including RCM, TPM, FMEA, spare parts management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS optimization. This role requires approximately 20–25% domestic travel and occasional off-hours support. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork within a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• Support Air Separation, CO2, and Hydrogen facilities across the North Region.
• Identify and resolve long-term asset reliability issues with operations and reliability teams.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support reliability improvement projects, maintenance procedures, and reliability assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support spare parts and BOM development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of maintenance or reliability engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
