An established industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support asset performance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across a regional processing network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead root cause analysis efforts for equipment and process failures to prevent recurrence
- Identify and execute reliability improvement initiatives focused on asset performance and lifecycle cost reduction
- Support maintenance strategy development, including PM/PdM optimization and spare parts planning
- Assist with engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or plant engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting rotating equipment, pumps, large compressor systems, heat exchangers, piping systems, or similar plant assets
- Knowledge of reliability methodologies including RCA, RCM, FMEA, CMMS, and predictive maintenance practices
