The Job You Will Perform- Display Engineering & Prototyping: develop structural designs for a variety of merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
- Manufacturing Preparation: preparing detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
- Cost Optimization & Process Expertise: design with an emphasis on cost efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Collaboration:
work closely with Design team members and individuals across departments to drive solutions. - Manage Design Projects: oversee multiple projects from initial concept through completion, effectively managing timelines.
- Industry & Retail Knowledge: proficient understanding of industry trends, retailer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
- BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years industry experience preferred.
- Must have experience in point-of-purchase display and packaging design.
- Advanced level proficiency of Artios
CAD and display manufacturing. - Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent thinking and action required.
- Graphic design experience a plus.
