Civil Engineer​/Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager based in Crown Point, Indiana ( Greater Chicago Area). The role involves driving civil engineering projects from planning to completion, managing project designs, and implementing stormwater management solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations. Role may vary from lead project engineer to a project manager/team leader based on experience.

• 3-15 Years Experience in Civil Engineering Design
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and regulatory compliance practices
• Skills in effective Planning and overseeing project timelines
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer;
  Project Management Experience a Plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to acquire licensure is preferred
• Civil 3D Experience Preferred
