Annapurna Labs, an Amazon team, is seeking a Chip Design Engineer for the Nitro group in Tel Aviv. You will own critical IP blocks from architecture through tape-out and drive them to silicon delivery at AWS scale.
Collaborate with Verification, Emulation, and cross‑functional teams to finalize RTL, timing, and sign‑off, ensuring production readiness and world‑class performance for our cloud platforms. You will influence product definitions and participate in design reviews.
